The Action of Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Joint Lubrication
Glucosamine is an amino sugar used to build tendons, ligaments, cartilage and synovial fluid (joint oil). It stimulates production of GAG’s (glucosaminoglycans) in synovial fluid to enhance lubrication.
