NEW FEI Dressage Freestyle Tests – 1 June 2006

Following incorrect information regarding new FEI Freestyle tests 2006, the FEI Dressage Department hereby wish to clarify that the new FEI Freestyle tests will not come into force until after the FEI Bureau meeting and General Assembly in Kuala Lumpur (MAS).

The following new Freestyle tests will come into force as of 1 June 2006.

· Grand Prix level

· Intermediate I level

· Young Rider level

· Junior level

The following changes have been made:

The entrance and the halts at the beginning and the end of the tests are marked in the technical part in all Freestyle tests.

The coefficient for the transitions passage-piaffe is scratched in the technical mark for the Grand Prix.

The mark for the collected canter is scratched for the Intermediate I and Young Rider tests.

The coefficient for the extended walk is scratched for the Junior test.

In the artistic part, all coefficients will be 4.

The new Freestyle tests will be available on the FEI website and sent out to all National Federations after the General Assembly.
